CUSTOMER SUCCESS ADVOCATE
Want to take part in building something new? Passionate about both technology and helping people? Weebly is looking for talented, well-spoken folks to help our customers build fantastic sites over the phone. You’ll need to work hard, stay focused, and adapt to frequent change as we grow and optimize this new team.
You won’t be making cold calls — which means no getting yelled at because you interrupted someone in the middle of Instagramming their dinner — but you will spend the majority of your day talking to our customers over the phone.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver a great customer experience while providing technical support
- Offer additional products and services that help our customers reach their goals
- Deliver value to the company through customer conversion, retention and cross sell
- Must be able to remain focused in a fast paced environment, speaking to as many as 40 customers per day while taking inbound calls and making outbound calls
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong understanding of internet technology and website creation
- Experience with online commerce and marketing a plus
- Previous customer support and/or sales experience preferred
- Must have an excellent telephone presence
- Comfortable with technology in general (you are the person people call when they need help with their new wireless printer) Sense of humor
